Consultancy

The key characteristic that I bring to any consultancy project is that I have worked for several successful community groups delivering a wide range of projects. I therefore know first-hand the challenges, complexities and joys of working for the benefit of local communities.

I work as an independent consultant but can combine with other consultants for larger projects and call in specialist expertise where required.

The Isle of Harris as a consultancy base may sound remote but the reality is quite different. Flights from nearby Stornoway airport to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness enable most parts of the country to be reached by lunchtime on the day of travel.
